Importing Content

You can import content from third-party sources into Enablix. Currently we support importing content from:

• Google Drive
• OneDrive
• DropBox

Select Import Option

From the Enablix Homepage, select the blue Add button and select Import. A Select Source dialog will appear and you'll select the application you will like to import from (Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox).

Select Content from Third-Party Source

When you select the source, Enablix will show a dialog to select the content from that source. You may have to sign-in to the application.

In this example, we are showing a Google Drive example:

Edit Selected Assets

Once you have selected the assets to be imported, you can edit them in the Edit Assets dialog. You can:

• Change the Title
• Select Content Type
• Add Labels

Click Publish when done. 

Publish Assets

It may take a few minutes for the assets to publish depending on the number of assets and the file sizes. You will receive an email notification when the assets are published successfully. 

Track Imports

You can track the status of the imports from Content Manager and navigating to the Imports tab.
